A90 (Boston Tracon) FacRep. For those who don’t know, earlier this year Congress passed a 2.8% raise for ATC to be implemented at the discretion of the Administrator. That 2.8% on top of the 1% we got in January would bring us to parity with the raises given to federal LEO and the military. He has decided to withhold that raise until we “increase productivity”. NATCA has remained silent. Trumps current proposal for 2027 is 7% for military and 0% for federal civilian employees. Meanwhile inflation continues to rise, the ballroom construction continues, pond linings get installed poorly, and we bomb Iran to distract from the fact that Trump rapes kids.

@NovemberEcho please know that I have already written to my congressional representatives about this. I don't know what else an average pilot can do to shine more light on this crap.

I'll write my milquetoast representatives and "raise awareness".

As far as if/when this becomes unsustainable and delays start becoming more frequent due to controller shortages, I don't know a single professional pilot who wouldn't be happy to tell the people who are asking them "what is going on" the honest truth.

Thank you for all that you people do on too little rest and for too little pay. We pilots appreciate it.
