I am happy with it. It enables people to buy a ticket on United from DSM to the Seychelles, which you hadn't been able to previously. You're on United metal till you get to Dubai, and its a seamless experience all the way through.

But it does though, along with Emirates and Etihad. They're state owned, governed by Sharia law, make labor unions illegal, and confiscate passports.

There is no US airline (or even a western airline) that goes to the city that I was born. We are limited to only those 4 carriers. So excuse me if I say I don't care about the big 3 legacy carriers. They do not serve us.

Yet, until the pandemic, tons of white foreign pilots at Emirates, Etihad, and Qatar. And they seemed to work just fine under Sharia law and without labor unions.
