After all your clearances are in your HR rep will tell you the news or at least that's what happened in my case. I recommend those who are waiting till October to contact your facility and go on a tour if at all possible, I am in contact with my facility manager and will be touring my facility soon while waiting for an OKC date.

Has anyone contacted or been bugging their HR rep for an update after they were told nothing till October. I haven't talked to my HR rep since march?

Hey prominence, Im from Pubnat 1, and still waiting. I have a TOL for CMH also ! Maybe one day this year we'll make it to OKC around the same time?! I know there is a lone girl going through the ropes of getting certified, so I was hoping that the whole minority card would get me there faster... but so far nothing. Haha, I'm like you, I'm just happy I got the facility I wanted. Good Luck to you and all of us Ohioans! :p

Well you can chalk up another [male] Ohioan waiting for OKC. Sometime after October for me. I'm heading to CAK, so keep your planes to the north and I'll keep mine to the south! ;)

Yes, one guy going to my facility. There's 3 of us total, he starts on June 3. Me and the other are still waiting for October. I'm faxing off the rest of my stuff for medical clearance tomorrow (which I passed.. it was for vision YAY ME!) then it will be waiting time...

Good for you! Maybe there's hope for some of the rest of us to get class dates before October too. Another four month at my current job and they may have to revoke my psych clearance...:crazy:

Hahaha! What's your current job? After hearing from someone in PUBNAT1 that they are still waiting for OKC and also going to CMH (I'm from PUBNAT4), I'm back on the job hunt since I probably won't be going for a long while and unemployment isn't sufficing to quench the thirst of debt.

My boss is going to be PISSED...

July 14 is during his vacation.. and there's only two of us in my department... HAHA

I literally JUST got all my medical stuff taken care of and cleared from January. She (BR) just called a bit ago and asked how 7/14 sounded. I couldn't turn it down for anything!

As long as I get the FOL prior to the 26th, I think I won't have to re-do the drug screen. But if I do, it's no big deal.

My current job sucks! I work for a Plumbing Wholesaler and I basically spend all day, every day, looking at blueprints and specifications for upcoming construction projects and take-off and quote any material that pertains to us. Its boring and my workload is 3x that of any of the other people in my position. Note to self: If you always say "yes" to your employer they will never stop asking you to take on more responsibility... I learned that lesson the hard way.:banghead:

As far as debt goes, my pathetic salary is no help either! I just pray everyday that I make it through OKC and OJT! I know I'm going to love this job! The salary will be nice too...

Well, looks like I just joined this group. Got an email back from BR and found out that they are still waiting on my medical clearance, and also that I've been bumped back to FY10 (Milwaukee tower is where I'm heading). Yay for more waiting! :banghead:

Welcome to the FY10 crowd! BR told me she should know what the October class schedule will be some time in August.
