Yeah, I'm with you there chichi. The guy I talked to at the beginning of the week said the list was already done (this was Monday or Tuesday). I'm sure they're dodging the questions that are going to come when the list is put out. If they put it out Monday... they can simply say, "the panels are already meeting regarding the announcement... keep applying..."

but again... this is all speculation.

So much for trying to analyze any type of pattern with this entire process. I guess that leaves the rumor about the panels out in the open as well........
I guess either way we still are moving pretty quick.:crazy:

I just thought of something. Monday was a Holiday for the FAA. This would push everything back a day compared to pub1.

Well... I'm off to watch my Buckeyes roll over another weak, non-conference opponent. Should take my mind off stupid ASAP for a few hours... I might need to slip a few Celebrex in my beer on the way to the game! LOL... just kidding...

As a Univ. of Wyoming Grad....and fan...whose team beat Ohio U 21-20 last week in a nailbiter... I gotta root for that weak non-conference team to kick your teams butt...(seriously doubt it) But it would make me feel better about my team...

Ohio State is a great team....but I wouldn't trade in being from a mid-major for squat.. I really mean that. Rooting for the little guy is so much more fun.... :rawk:

The sad thing is... you guys didn't roll over them... The Southern Cal game is going to be ugly for the Buckeyes...

Another typical OSU fan that buys into the early season hype that the Buckeyes are the team of the decade. OSU playing a weak conference schedule plus truly being embarrassed at home as the number 3 ranked team to a MWC opponent. Just adds to the rest of the nations frustration as to why the suckeyes are even allowed to crack the top ten after the last two years of debacles against true opponents. I hope deep down USC lays 64 on the Buckeyes just to shut the whole state of Ohio up and exterminate any hope for OSU to make a BCS bowl, for the sake of those who want to watch a competitive championship game.

sounds like someone's still bitter from a 2002 Fiesta Bowl spankin'. You know we have been there (the championship) three times now out of 6 years and yes we all know we got our asses handed to us the last two, but hey we've been there and the canes haven't. actually the last time they were I believe they got schooled by the old scarlet and grey. oh well, at least we've had a team in the last 6 years. oh and one last thing, the canes play charleston southern, north carolina, duke and ucf - nice schedule. the ACC is loaded:sarcasm:

I think that OSU and USC are decent teams, but they just don't play anyone. whoever wins that matchup is "almost(except for a loss to Stanford:yup:)" guaranteed a spot in the National Championship game. Take the SEC for instance, 5 teams in the top 15, and you have to beat them all in a round about way to become the SEC champion, much less a National champion.

not trying to stay off topic here...but as a graduate of a Mountain West Conference School (MWC)....... No one from the MWC was in Columbus today.....I think you meant MAC....

San Deigo State U
New Mexico

You probably wont remember any of these schools until you play them...
I'm sure Michigan will have nightmares for a few years..
and don't confuse us with the wac or mac....gross

Are you serious? A spanking? you won on a bogus call in OT, that in most sane people's minds would be a close game. The 'canes are young and rebuilding, can't wait for our match up down the road, revenge is on the menu. Silly buckeye fans never learn....Because your schedule is soooo impressive, Big Ten simply a conference of the 70's

Silly buckeye fans...ha! alright one more and that's it. we'll take our 7 national titles to your 5, our 9 undefeated seasons to your 3, our 35 conference championships to your 9 and our 7 heisman winners to your 2 if that's what it takes to be considered a legit college football team. and about that bogus call in ot, how about taking a trip back down memory lane and reviewing the call (if it's not too painful). maybe this will refresh your memory...and while you're at it take a look over here...

Well I'm glad the bucks could muster up enough in the 4th quarter alone to beat OU by double digits. Nonetheless, that was a terrible performance. Oh well... gives them some motivation to work with this week. Spekaing of ATC, I will be at their mercy on my trip from CMH to LAX next weekend for the OSU USC game... if I hear any gossip on approach control about pubnat 2 I'll let you all know! :sarcasm:

Third times a charm, isn't that what they say? LOL. As part of the fan base that Sports Illustrated labeled as "The most hated fans in college sports"... I'll make sure to be just a little more obnoxious than normal this week as OSU puts a frown on all those left-coast big ten haters...
