That's kind of the idea... I think. :buck:

I kind of unified prayer to appease the FAA gods in a vain effort to seek the referral we all desire so very, very much. Or something to that effect. At this point I'm willing to try just about anything.

So we are assuming that ASAP is only updated once a day at midnight? So then there is no chance it may be updated at noon or later?

nobody really knows,
everybody is speculating on when it will come out. I just reviewed the PUBNAT1 thread and the first post about a referral list being created pops up on the thread at 0111 ET on June 7th. This was a Saturday. They either did not monitor ASAP that day or it was updated at midnight Friday into Saturday?
Maybe somebody from the FEBOTS can shed some light on this?

I did some similar research on this a few weeks ago. The earliest report of referral lists being created was in this thread:

It was on Friday, June 6th, at around 15:40. The panels had been speculated to be meeting the following Monday, and that ended up being true.

SO....With our panels speculated to be meeting on Monday, then today should theoretically be the day the list comes out.
If I had to guess, and it looks like I do, I would say the reason they release the lists on the last possible day is to avoid fielding countless phone calls from every applicant who doesn't quite understand what it means.

Yup. If it doesn't come today, then I don't know what to make of the whole thing. No list today will change everything we think we know about the process.

Cross your fingers, cross your toes, cross the streams, do whatever it is you do.

Referral List: NIL

Maybe we should break down into an inprepretive dance to the gods of ASAP. It just might enlighten their moods, and then from the heavens or ASAP (which ever comes first), a computer generated list of referral, shall be sent. And all things were good.... Amen:crazy:

FWIW, some folks over on Stuckmic indicated that a VRA referral list came out today.

The info I had been given from a controller stated that the next panels he heard of were in late Sept-early Oct. Now, over on Stuckmic, they said the VRA terminal control list came out today. It makes me think that the whole early September rumor may have been referring to VRA applicants, since the post that had the rumored dates stated next week for "terminal". Perhaps whomever from HR that provided that date didn't make the distinction between the PUBNAT and VRA announcement? I hope I'm wrong, simply because I'm getting tired of waiting like everyone else, but it seems to add up...

I was talking to a Facility Manger at an Unspecified location earlier today and there are selection panels that are occuring next week..... The conversation went like this:
Me:"...Rumor has it there is a selection board happening next week..."
FM: "...You are correct, there is a selection board occuring early next week...."
However, I can not say one way or another that they are specifically for VRA, or CTI or OTS, or any combination of those, but he did make a strong implication that they are for OTS and CTI applicants. He did say something about the boards selecting people in my similar situation, referring to a converstation we were having about OTS and CTI students.

Also, if I remember right, the Referral list for PUBNAT 1 was not posted until later on in the day, I think around 1600 or 1700 CST. So I am not going to speculate until after COB today what is really going on.
