Actually, it would say that you have not been chosen for the ATSAT for PUBNAT 6. I received that message after applying to PUBNAT 2 and 3, bc I had taken the ATSAT in 2007. You will just have to wait until the test has been taken by the people that hadn't taken the ATSAT before.

I really hope you are right! I called yesterday and they said late next week (Which is ok also not to far away), but it would be nice to know earlier. It will keep the grey hairs from growing.:panic:

Don't you automatically get placed on the referral list for the locations you put on the geo prefs? Or is this part random as well? Is possible to be put on the referral list for all the cities you put down or just like on city? This is weird.:crazy:

When the FEBOTS were put on referral lists, they were just put on a general "Throughout the Nation" list. We've also heard that whether or not you're on the list is based on your AT-SAT score and the locations you choose. You're chosen for specific facilities at the panels, after the referral list.

Actually, from what I have read, people were put on a referral list for a certain state. Not throughout the nation. I.E. it would say "you have been placed on the referral list for Terminal in Nevada" or "Enroute for Texas" but you did not know what city would pick you, or if you would be picked at all. Obviously if you were referred for en-route in New Mexico you knew there was only one place to go. I am not sure if they narrowed it down between en-route centers if there were two in the state.

No, those are the emails that went out after the selection panels...

Edit: Did a quick search and found exactly what it says when a list is generated...

Minor Correction :) If you're selected for enroute you will be notified of your exact facility.

Chichi is right about the referal lists for PUBNAT1 simply being a general throughout the nation list. This is how it looked on my ASAP page for PUBNAT1...

Wow, that blows. That means the referral list notification tells you squat. Oh well, just more waiting for nothing.

I haven't seen any sort of referral list on the website. I still think next week seems more likely at this point.

Just curious. Now that we have established what it says if you are selected for a referral list, what if you aren't? I am guessing that you still get something telling you. That way you aren't waiting in limbo forever. Does anyone know or have a sample of that outcome?

It will say something to the effect of "You were not selected for referral at this time"... that's not what it says exactly... I am sure someone can post for you what it says.
