Below market rate pay, management isn't engaging in a new union contract negotiation with integrity, and rumors have been swirling about a bankruptcy declaration.

Yes it speaks volumes that they still have to hire dispatchers while putting FA's and pilots on voluntary leaves or involuntary furloughs due to the amount of attrition.
