Obviously every career and every employer are not going to be perfect. As it relates to aviation, the regionals and majors have pay and union issues, charter/frac. and corporate guys have the CEO's and deep pocketed passengers to deal with.
With that being said, in each of your own opinions, who has more non-flying B.S. to put up with: Regional and Main Line pilots or 91/135 pilots?
