seriously? have you asked them where they got their training from just to get comparison notes?

Sadly, I can introduce you to a LOT of regional FOs that really thought it was gonna be wine, song and FAs like in Catch Me If You Can. They thought they were only gonna work two weeks a month, make made bank and be able to travel the world for free. Now, they have 10 days off a month, work 15-16 hour days and can't get on a flight b/c they're all oversold.

Guess it takes all kinds, and like they say... there's one born every minute.

I still can't wait to get back into aviation, my last career has galvanized me for airline work!! Even with all of the negative I hear about the industry it is still going to be a change for the better, at least for me.

10 days off a month? Yahoo!! My average was 3!!!

15-16 hour days? Right on par!

Thought they were going to make a bank? Well, after killing myself for 6 years running my own business I'm doing just fine there.

Travel the world for free? Been there, done that!
