I'm primarily posting for advice on finding somewhere to live. my lease runs out on July 1st so I will be in St. George home hunting immediately. Im single and have almost no stuff. So any advice on that would be appreciated. Besides that, what are some tips and whatnot for Utah living?

I'm sure a lot of people will be looking for roommates. I'd suggest that, if not find a month to month or at the very most a 6 month lease. I'm currently a dispatcher at SkyWest so if you have any questions feel free to PM me.

Congratulations on the dispatcher job. I'm looking into this as an option after I retire from the Air Force as an Airfield Manager after almost 30 years of service.

I hope this is the worst of your worries in the next year!
