Max- I know you want ASA, but watch out - they have VERY shady interviewing tactics.
RAH & ASA are my top two picks, with XJT and XJ rounding out my choices!

Exactly, just a rumor.
Time to get back to busting balls about getting a contract finalized.
The "rumor" I heard was that mgmt went to ALPA and asked to increase 1st yr pay. Alpa reponded, somehting along the lines of get the contract done and 1st year pay will increase.
Hey Everyone, management wanted only a pay increase for new hires like lnewby said, and ALPA disagreed. We want it across the board.
Negotiations to continue later this month.
Geez...that sounds pretty tough. What are they doing thats making it so hard, especially for the 1000+ hour guys and what are guys messing up on in the sim?Their interviews are good, it is the sim ride portion of the interview that is a b****. Half of our flight instructors from my former school got sent home, and they were all 1000+ hour local ATL people. Even our chief flight instuctor got the "no go", and he has already completed airline training once in his career. So, go figure.
Well, anyone who knows anything knows that EMB doesn't make 50 seat jets anymore...so not sure how that rumor even got off life support!
The production line is not closed. The Legacy bizjet is the same platform as the 145 and the Legacy is alive and well. And Embraer is still producing a ton of ERJs in China for the Chinese market.
ExpressJet will be the first one to start offering second year pay, maybe even more for current 121 rated pilots.
I'm going to buy a JetSki with my retro check.
I heard after 12 months of service, ASA pays you second year pay. Any truth to this?
Cool, good to know. But one thing isn't the Legacy smaller than the ERJ, seeing as the Legacy doesn't seat 50 peeps?
