Old AIP plus slow reduction of FO pay scale instead of immediate 4 year cap.

First 30 pilots hired every month will be Eagle pilots.

Other modifications, details later today.

Already passed the MEC 3-0-6. Pilot vote to follow.

Per month- not per class. My bad.

I don't know the vote break down - but I have a very good guess. Wait for the official blast.

Still sounds concessionary from what you posted... Are they just not getting the message or something? They think flow will sell pay cuts. .

I personally don't ever see flow working for the Eagle pilot group as a carrot anymore. They have already been screwed over in the past with a flow agreement.

Who are the 6 that didn't vote?
The ones that didn't make it to the meeting in time to vote no :p

They voted- they just abstained. So they actually didn't vote.

Oh, they recalled the MEC vice chair because he was affiliated with the previous MEC leadership.

Taken from a Facebook page:
Since voting down the company's request for concessions, certain members of our union ignored all union LAWS and re-engaged the company. Today, in Washington DC, the company and these scumbags made it possible, through dirty politics, to get the concessionary agreement back on the table for pilot vote, with some slight improvements. That's right, in the face of a pilot shortage and the largest profits AA has ever seen, these idiots want pilots to fly bigger airplanes for less money. They want us to accept an agreement with a company we should supposedly trust - The same company that said "sign this or we will never come back" and then CAME BACK WEEKS LATER. Put it to a vote then! Let the company see us stand strong with the 6000+ pilots of Expressjet and Republic and say NO MORE CONCESSIONS!!!!

And yeah, they removed the Vice Chair because he was one of conspirators. One of the negotiating committee pawns "stepped down".

I find it amusing that some of the loudest "eagle strong" (and sorry, that's an abomination that should never have been allowed to be named) supporters are the most fearful about this thing going out to pilot vote.

It would totally defeat their premise and pedestals of unity, strength and Eagle being the be all, end all regional if the group undermined them and voted "yes". As you and I know full well Ethan, the opinion of the loudest 6 is not the majority.

It's rude to leave a flaming bag of dog poop on someone's door step. Sending a concessionary TA out to the pilot group for a vote is the same thing.
