Dude, you're in. I plan on getting one of the two bedroom king suites. That means that there will be at least two beds and a couple of sofas, right? So that means we can get plenty of people in there. All I ask is for one bed for myself. If there are two beds in each bedroom, and a couple of sofas, that means six people. Not too shabby!
well, the two bedroom queen suites work like this... one has one bathroom, 2 beds, 1 sofabed... the other has 2 bathrooms, 2 beds, 1 sofabed, so each can hold 6 ppl

I have main event 9-25 at the Hawthorne Suites? Or are you going to do the main event at the MGM grand?
I apologize for not being "in the loop" - we just recently decided to try and plan for this.

Tony, sounds good to me. I'd prefer a bed to myself as well, but that's just me. Maybe we can split a 2 bedroom 1 bath (or 2 bath? What do you think?) 3 ways? I'd even take the sofabed, no problem with me.

I think we should go with the two bathroom option. Especially since Skibum is going in on the room. We gotta give her one bathroom to herself.
Looks like we're filling up quickly in that suite! In fact, I think we may be at max capacity right now. John and Emily, Matt, Blee256, montanapilot and jdflight plus myself. Someone's going to have to sleep on the floor already! If you are willing to do it, I think we can squeeze one more person in there, but that's about it.
Of course, given my history, I'll probably book the room, be set to go, and then two weeks before I actually fly to Vegas, I'll be sent to Madrid.

hey now, common, I don't take nearly as long in the bathroom as SOME guys i know!! I'm the low maintence wash and go type
though it probably would be a good idea to get a 2 bathroom place so that way then more than one person can be taking a shower at a time so when people are all wanting to get ready to go out at once...it won't take forever!

I'm gonna reserve 1 of the 2 bedroom, 2 bath suites... you can fit 6 people in there, but i think if there's going to be more than 6, then we need to get another suite for how many other buddies there are going to be... I can't tell hawthorne that we'll need 8 keys for 1-2bed suite that would normally fit 6 ppl.. KWIM?

When I get the Network JC site up, I'll have a location that's password protected that will give you the group code for booking the room(s)...I will be notifying those on the email list of what hte password will be, that way, everything stays "secure"...
booking the rooms is going to be your responsibility cuz i just dont have enuff time in the day to do it all... I'm already swamped with just getting the meeting/catering arrangements taken care of!
If your not on the email list (yet) and want to be (even if your not sure you can make it yet but want to go), PM me your "in real life" name and your email address and I'll put you on the list...
edit: just so your aware.. the rooms are to be booked for both friday and saturday.. I'm assuming most will come in on friday and leave on sunday.. if you plan to come in early or stay later, make sure to let Hawthorne know....
