Multi Time at ATP For Less Than $100 Per Hour

Skeeter,
Thankx for the offer.. luckily I live close enough I wont need any places to stay. A lot of my work takes me to Sac (government clients) and the best part of the day is drivin by Sac Intl...

Have you flown in there? I have been told that that the controllers are relatively cordial to folks who are green in Class C.. so long as your prepared.

Between now and a week form this friday, I get to bone up and a list of questions for ATP when I visit. Thanks for your perspectives..

Blue,
Actually I haven't landed at International (they have a really small GA area, mostly Airline and some corporate) but the Approach controllers are very nice and easy to talk too as I fly over it constantly. You probably know this already but, you'll need to fly into SAC (Sacramento Executive) if you want to visit ATP. Class D. They are nice there too. /ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif Very easy patterns but it is in a relatively dense area so it can be hard to spot if its hazy out. Where will you be flying in from?

Actually I WASNT sure if ATP was in SAC or SMF...it'll make for a fun hop from one to the other. I will be flying in from Redding.
Thanks.

Redding is some phenomenal flying country.. the lakes and mountains etc... however, it leaves me kinda green in the area of busy C class area. I am going to to RDD-SAC-SMF-RDD soon and I imagine I will feel quite busy.. compared to tooling around the Trinity Alps...

Send me a private msg is you wanna talk some more....
