I will take that over a redeye to the east coast, 24 hours there, then 4am wake up the next day to go home. Those hurt.

I almost found that stuff more tolerable. Take a little 3-4 hour nap when you get in, get up and be a zombie for the layover, then pass out at 6pm. If the pay is right it’s not awful for two legs. It’s also not great either.

Day 1: JFK-LAS, 24hr layover
Day 2: LAS-RDU, redeye to a 24hr layover
Day 4: RDU-somewhere, shift to AM with a LONG leg (or two)
Day 5 - usually stuff
They all hurt!

We have some three days, mostly one and two days. As a commuter it's costing me $300 in crashpad and almost $300 in Ubers. I would like some longer trips with less commutes.

Gross. 4 days is too long for me.
I prefer day trips and then 2-day trips. 3-days are okay if they pay good. Of course, I live close to the airport so the drive isn’t as big a factor as it could be for others.

Now that I’m heading down to FLL, all I want is nothing but 5 and 4 day trips. Trying to reduce my 3 hour + drive/commute as little as possible. Only issue with those trips is that there are glorious S.A. red eyes mixed in there. I haven’t done a red eye in 4 years, let alone a flight over 3 hours.

I was always annoyed if my trip was more than 12 hours door to door.
