Model airplanes for CFI

If you want inexpensive, get one of those Guillow flying airplanes for less than $5. Get a razor blade and very carefully cut the desired control surfaces out. Consider using stiff cardboard from a cereal box or something to fabricate and add a 1-piece elevator, so it's clear that it doesn't operate independently like the ailerons. Attach and hinge the ailerons/flaps/elevator/rudder using tape.
It might not be pretty, but it'll be cheap.

Here's a suitable-for-classroom-use, scale model of the kind of airplane that will be flying by the time any airlines are hiring flight school graduates again...

Best news is you can totally pay for it with a just few hours a day of naked-celebrity side-hustle effort.. you know, while airplane flying is slow.
