Paragon Jets Palm Beach, Florida:<BR /><div>- &nbsp;Lead and manage a team of P-135 on-demand domestic and international Scheduler / Flight Controllers.<br />- &nbsp;Large cabin aircraft domestic and international operations<br />- &nbsp;Must be able to schedule and coordinate multiple aircraft and crews<br />- &nbsp;Ensure tier II Operational Control, safety of flight, regulatory compliance, customer service,cost controls, and efficiency.</div><div>-&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop flight packages and trip releases including: No Fly Lists, TSA, weather, route briefings, fuel planning, NOTAMS, and customer requirements<br />-&nbsp; Obtain passenger and crew visas, required documents, APIS, handlers etc. for international trips<br />-&nbsp; Maintain department records: Trip packs, maintenance, insurance, manifests, authorizations etc. <br />-&nbsp; Coordinate aircraft handling, catering, fueling and hangar space with Fixed Base Operators<br />- &nbsp;Must be able to coordinate with internal teams, external agencies<br />- &nbsp;Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and leadership experience.</div>
