Everclear floating on Coke.

As American as Apple Pie. After about 10 highballs of these I lost, I think 2 days of my life in Vegas.

If I am free I will be there and would like a nice Old Fashioned in one hand and a Tom Collins in the other.

For alcohol choices, I'd say that vodka, rum and tequila are good choices. We had too much gin last year. There won't be a full bar, so remember that choices need to be a bit more mainstream.
