Life at Compass

Who could have thought that in 2015 so many people would be so bad using email.
Seriously...I don't know what it is with this company. I've worked in some pretty large organizations before and the amount of email illiteracy at those places doesn't even hold a candle to Compass. I mean, my god, is it like a Minnesota thing or something?

A good deal of these e-mails have come from STL. I would suspect migration is the issue because it is a rather new thing.

Am I the only one that responds to Paulette's emails? I figure if more people responded she'd quit sending them to the entire company.

Paulette is a nice woman. She is much better than the fire breather who occupied the desk prior. I know Compass is a different place these days with the West Coast operation but there are a ton of former NWA folks who work in Building C who have been keeping this operation going despite this LAX mess.

OK, so explain to me like I'm a child. Last shoppe didn't have it, so what exactly is SAP and how does it work
You know how open time pick ups and trades are first come first serve? The SAP runs everything at once and it's seniority based. Reserve coverage still applies but there's no dropping anything regardless of coverage.
