Layover food

I say it’s Bismarck with better scenery, I think Fargo has better food that edges it above Anchorage, but that’s always been my impression.

Half block from everyone’s favorite hotel is a detox center and there always seems to be a high concentration of homeless people around the Cook so you don’t need to walk far for that.
The oil biz doesn’t make it Williston?

I had a seafood pie in Iceland, not quite as explicitly potato topped, and it was called a "stew" I believe in their traditional naming convention. But it was damn good. The lobster bisque my wife had at the same restaurant was even better though. Good god that was amazing. It was topped with a couple langoustines too, which are maybe one of my all-time faves.
