Late but still good news. (Hired)

Congratz, AMFlight offered me a seat in their March class but I declined, had a better opportunity come up on the east coast.

Which day works for you? When are you leaving? We should get something up on the M&G sched, but hopefully we can get a group together for a sendoff! West Akron/Fairlawn maybe?

Thursday or Saturday unless we can do tomorrow night on a whim.

You'll love the Chieftain, it's a fantastic aircraft.

Congrats.

So I have been told. Sounds like a solid aircraft.

Thanks all!

I am available any evening till Sunday. I probably will not be flying between now and then either. This little "heat wave" that is coming in looks like it is bringing more snow.

I'm also late...in saying "congrats". Amflight may have cost me two jobs, but it's still hairy-chested freight flying, and judging by this site, it's put out a fair number of great homosexual pilots. Oh, did they not put that in the glossy brochure? :D

That and on clear days airport ops don't clear runways or taxiways. 8(

Nope. They don't. They take a day off instead.

Looks like Sat maybe the best day for this M&G

You see I'm not really suprised by your homosexual more than I'm astounded that you think that there are glossy brochures! This is freight we're talking about. The brochures were printed manually with duplicating machines (mimeograph) that uses the blue ink (that smells pleasant) and wax paper. I know you corporate pilots use those fancy copy machines and such, but we don't need that kind of technology around here.:sarcasm::D
