Another TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, SC, FL trip is in the books; all in 10 days at an easy pace and solid hours logged.

Been flying so much lately haven't had time to update the thread with new photos.

No need to worry about hotels or housing during the trips either. I got places to stay at all over the US and where I don't I'll cover the hotel since I'd need a room for myself anyways.

I've made numerous trips across the states since I started time building and I'll pass on all the knowledge and tricks that I've learned along the way.

Explore the country in a fun plane that has a cabin wider than a C172 and can fly full fuel with two people with the canopy open which makes the summer heat not a problem.

Quitting non-aviation related jobs is the best feeling. I've never looked back.

(Your town should be in one of the pics from the Key West to Daytona leg at 300 AGL over the shoreline. Florida makes flight following along the beach very enjoyable.)

Updated my glare shield, if I'm going to stare at it for 1500 hours it should be something nice. (Full IFR panel with digital VOR, LOC, GS, dual radios, digital tach, digital gph, cht, egt, oat, VFR gps although its tough to see in this photo as are the LED lights for the whole panel, along with a brand new altimeter to top it off.

Keeping busy! Saw the Spruce Goose at Evergreen Museum in Oregon, Boeing factory in Seattle, and various Air Force and aviation museums in between Seattle to Florida.

Was pretty cool to move the giant ailerons and rudder. Smooth controls throughout. The pictures don't do it justice you really have to see it in person.
