thanks for starting this topic I was wondering the same... Delta hasn't responded to any of my calls or the cake that I sent... 
Cape's 402s are not 121. The only aircraft they operate 121 are the ATRs out in Guam, and they don't hire direct captains for that that I know of.On a serious note, almost no one flying Part 121 right now... except for California Pacific (maybe) because they are a start up, Cape Air (bc they fly single pilot 402s)... Colgan was back in 2007 I think
Some busier Part 135s cargo carriers will though like IBC and Sierra West...

Note that you will have had to have been in a four-G negative dive, in the Space Shuttle, with a MiG-25, in order to qualify.
