Any specific reason why? I'm assuming something to do with wages. I know B6 did not have a union for a long time (if ever).Just be aware, they’re brining in TWU to represent them. Vote is scheduled next month.
so, are you saying this is confirmed with TWU or it still needs to be voted in? I believe they've been here before and it was eventually voted outJust be aware, they’re brining in TWU to represent them. Vote is scheduled next month.
Still needs to be voted on. This is the first time in B6 dispatch history that an actual union vote is happening.so, are you saying this is confirmed with TWU or it still needs to be voted in? I believe they've been here before and it was eventually voted out
they both did it to themselves. The rest of the SOC is unhappy with them as well. The blue juice river has most certainly stopped flowing in the roomIt will pass. Lots of misinformation going around thinking it will solve our issues and make things better, but the current leaders also aren't helping the case as they both came from AA and talk like they're already in a union shop.

Interesting, what do you think primarily led to this?Just be aware, they’re brining in TWU to represent them. Vote is scheduled next month.

good bout time. PAFCA would be better but any union rep is needed. we all saw how swa managed to get what they needed with TWU so hope the same comes for ya'llJust be aware, they’re brining in TWU to represent them. Vote is scheduled next month.
SWA, Alaska, and UPS are three majors that have TWU. They have some of the best contracts in the industry. But yes, at the end of the day any representation is better than none. That’s what the majority of the group realizes.good bout time. That wasn’t my point. My point was at the end of the day which union matters less than simply having one.You failed to include that all of them are profitable. Ask the Spirit dispatchers how that’s been going.
I for one am going to miss my PTO.
Cool. So vote no.You’re way off if you think any union makes the workplace better and it shows you’ve more than likely never worked with one as well. SWA, Alaska, and UPS thrive on profit, not a union.

I wonder what the vibe is like on the floor. Is it better with or without. Would an increase in pay be a guarantee? Is it best to keep trusting company or has that relationship gone completely down the drain
