Just received an email from the B6 Talent Acquisition Team, stating that there will be a window opening up for the First Officer position on July 31, 2014 for a minimum of 7 days. Everyone is asked to update their profiles and reapply during that window.

Always a moving target, but A320 was junior to E190 in this last bid. I think it hovers around 3.5 to 4 years. Many guys wait for holding a line. If you take first upgrade you'll be on reserve a long time.

I'm not sure. Competitive is probably >4000 total and 1000 PIC. Not turbine necessarily.
