JetBlue hires violent felon as a pilot

What if Kyle decided to become a pilot? Got his certs/ratings, passed everything in flying colors first time through, excellent pilot, CFI, and his students praise his ability as a CFI.

Would YOU hire him? Show me on a doll where KR hurt you.

You wouldn’t hire him and you know it.

Sorry

Just FYI, maybe coming to a flight deck near you...

So in Turkish, the term “making love” just refers to showing affection. Like when two people hug they’re making love. So my wife will be talking to people she just met and say something like “oh my husband is home making love to the dogs.” Now she does it on purpose because she enjoys the reaction. Don’t even get me started on the Bokashi/Bukkakkee mix up.

This is Bokashi. I’ll let you google bukkakkee on your own if you don’t know.

Of all the places that Uncle Sam paid for me to party in, I thought Turkey was by far the most interesting. It struck me as russia meets west for some reason, with a little Middle East mixed in

Alright, time to get back to G love and dutch ovening the mrs.....brb

Wow! It's almost as if all of your properties are in the safest areas ever, or your background checks are worthless. I'm going to guess it's the latter. You know, Occams Razor and what not.
I’ve had 2 background checks done for airlines and both missed parts of my criminal history.

Comparing Mandela to this guy is…. Certainly something.

Are you familiar with Mandela’s history? He was a truly terrible guy before prison and during. It wasn’t until later years that he changed. He was responsible for the deaths of dozens, and advocated awful things like cutting off the noses of black Africans who didn’t stand with his terrorist organization. Dude made a simple attempted murderer look like an amateur.

Yes, I’m sure an aircraft mechanic knows the property management business better than I do.

We definitely wouldn’t notify the neighbors. That’s not our place.

But it’s honestly never come up. We run a full background check on every applicant, but no one has ever come back as a sex offender.
Not trying to sling poo here, but how do you know? I’d think that at your level, you aren’t interested in the results of background checks. By that I mean someon much lower in the organization than you is reviewing the results. Unless all questionable backgrounds are forwarded to you for final approval?

HUD is weird on criminal backgrounds. For some things they allow straight up or down decisions, such as credit scores, bankruptcies, etc. But when it comes to criminal history, there are only a few hard and fast guidelines, and other than those, they want you to take a “holistic approach” to making decisions, which requires the real estate licensee to make the decision, since it’s a “judgement call.” It can’t be delegated to a non-licensee staffer. So if someone came back with a felony conviction for a sex crime, that would cross my desk.

Had a board member in our HOA rent out his unit and two weeks later I get a notification in my monitoring software about a sex offender in the area. Imagine my surprise when I look up the notification and the address is three doors down. Imagine his surprise when I asked if he did background checks on his renters. He played dumb but I let him know I knew. The property management company never said a word as they didnt know and when it came up in the meeting they said the same thing...."It is not our place...."

well, this is an unsurprising take

Anyone look up anything on this case? Not that violence is ever condoned, but let’s say his ex wife.. banged all 10 of his friends, at the same time, then took all his money, and kids.. just saying maybe he made a compelling TMAAT interview answer.

I mean, that probably wouldn't be the first TMAAT I'd pull out of my pocket :)

The same people screaming "he's rehabbed why not" are the same people that would lose their minds when they find out a convicted pedo is now their less teacher, etc. This doesn't bother them cause it doesn't hit home. So they can come here and sound like beacons of society.

Being rehabilitated means you get to rejoin society but that doesn't come without certain restrictions. Parole officers, drug testing, not getting version jobs based on past convictions.

That's just the way it works. Well, used to work.

I’m not saying my ten friends wouldn’t bang my wife but I’m pleased to say that most of those ten would help me hide a body.
