Kinda. Felons, regardless of the nature of their offenses, have no problem making it in the construction trades. Most felons just don’t want to work hard. When you commit a felony, you have limited your options but not your economic potential.

Some felons that have done a long stretch actually have some advantages in the market. They are often single, debt-free, with no child support obligations, and good credit.

Kinda don't know what specific "label" anyone is concerned about this individual? Felon? Violent felon? If he were in the military, should we also ADD dishonorable discharge. Nice little google search reveals he's a corporate pilot as well. Worked for the VA as a human resource representative.

He's on probation. Crime of passion? Help me? What's the problem. Per the judicial system, he paid his dues to the court and has moved on.
