Cool, thanks... I met someone saying they were a JetBlue dispatcher and he said he and a few others were based in Puerto Rico. When I asked more questions he became a little shaken so I figured he was lying. People are strange...

The only dispatch office I ever heard about in Puerto Rico was American Eagle (they had a satellite office there for a while) but I believe it's been closed/consolidated to DFW for a number of years now.
