Pilot in Command reports directly to the Chief Pilot and is responsible for the safe and efficient
operation of company aircraft while in compliance with all applicable regulations, rules, directives,
company procedures and aircraft flight manuals. The PIC's leadership, dedication,
professionalism, decision making abilities and safety awareness are critical to ensure the
exceptional service to clients and ensure successful mission accomplishment. The PIC is
responsible for the safety, supervision and coordination of flight crew activities from the planning
phase through the completion of the trip. PIC has ultimate responsibility for the well-being of
passengers, crew and aircraft.
Minimum Experience and Skills:
• FAA Air Transport Pilot License with English Proficient
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• FCC Radio Operators Permit
• 4000 Total fixed wing
• 3000 Pilot in Command - fixed wing
• 500 Jet preferred
• Current Passport
• Current Driver’s License
• Must pass all conducted drug screens, background and security checks
• Excellent listening and problem solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently
• Ability to act under pressure and be adaptable to change on a constant basis
• Ability to report to work within 12 hours of call out
• Authorization to work in the US and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions
