Oh yeah. If poeple are going to be negative then off course nothing will work. Catalogs are not a problem, instead of shipping it out to everyone we have the adress for, we can have people request the catalogs. Or not make them at all. This is an online shop, doesn't need paper catalogs. They go online and purchase whatever they see and are interested in.
