They're really not that big of a deal. I've flown through a lot of the restricted areas around the DC area. The first time, it's kind of cool...oooh, I'm flying through the Patuxant restricted area. After a while, though, it's just another clearance to get.

Well maybe not a place like DC. But AREA 51 is somewhere no civillians ever go to.
