two pet peeves that most people have with the forums:
1) not checking your spelling
2) improper grammar
case in point:
bored=board
wheni = when i
one of my friends dads = my friends dad
dads = your friend has more than one dad?
with out = without
employs = employees?
to = shouldn't that be "and"
no motiv = a motive.. and motiv = motive via spellcheck
ncut = cut (what do you mean by they are either getting cut?) isn't that the same thing as pay reduced? or do you mean cut as in lost job?
te = the
on = and??
no came = no ONE came?
