The asian market is on nw 23rd and classen. you can also get to it on nw 23rd and western, this would take u to the back of the building.

hey i just was out at hefner lake and they have a bike path that goes all the way around the lake. Just so you know, incase you wanted to bring the bike for excercise. Its pretty out there and you can check out the wind surfers and all the random weird joggers as you ride... i still would not advise biking to the academy though for all the reasons everyone else sited!
