Interesting approaches for teaching instrument students

I'm working towards my CFII right now and was wondering if there were certain interesting or tricky approaches to look up to teach instrument students. Doesn't matter what kind really, I have a couple ILS or localizer approaches picked out already such as Aspen.

This one is fun

The LDA 8 into Juneau (PAJN) is a good one. It looks a lot worse than it really is, but the missed approach procedure is weird.

I like to have a student fly it in the sim with the clouds, then replay their flight with no clouds.

There's nothing special about it at all unless you have visuals. To train for the special, you have to have the lights and the cut in the visuals in the sim for it to count.
The special into Kodiak is sorta interesting just because you have to keep the missed in tight.

This one is kind of steep, but in a training aircraft would be meh - http://155.178.201.160/d-tpp/1311/00251LDBCB.PDF
This one has and arc, stepdowns, a circle and is always non-radar - http://155.178.201.160/d-tpp/1311/00929VDB.PDF
This one is LOL stupid - http://155.178.201.160/d-tpp/1311/06239NDGA.PDF

Approaches with turns at the FAF, especially when the FAF is the VOR are always good. Make sure to give em a failure like a mile before to.

The VOR-33 into SAF has a 2 degree course change at the VOR (faf). Lot's of people miss that subtle, but important detail.

LDA/DME-D at PAPG (Petersburg, AK)
42 mile DME arc to join the LDA, then a 70 degree turn to final. The missed is unusual too.

ILS or LOC RWY 21 at ROW (Roswell, NM)
DME arc that's not colocated with the field means a 120 degree turn to the localizer if coming from the the southeast.

LDA/DME-H at PAVD (Valdez, AK)
A lot going on in this one.

NDB or GPS-A at SIY (Montague, CA)
15 degree turn crossing the NDB. Don't miss it!

ILS or LOC/DME RWY 13 at PVU (Provo, UT)
A lot to do and not very much time in a fast airplane.

Didn't Amflight lose a 99 or something due to missing the turn at the collocated VOR/FAF a few years back?

That approach will put hair on your chest this time of year. Glad we have the special RNAV's.
