Eh....not exactly. We have to go block +15 minutes before we start getting paid extra.

The trip values are determined by taking the average time the city pair takes and that becomes the trip value. So, if you fly 320 kts from MEM-MGM, you're gonna actually screw yourself when the new trip values come out since if enough people do that, the trip value will decrease. I generally aim right around block since I need the hours for upgrade anyway. :)
