From the course syllabus: “Select Three different incentive plans (you may select individual plans, group plans, or a combination) list the pros and cons for each plan. For a position that you envision for yourself in five years, which of these three plans would be most appropriate? Explain your answer”.
I have to write a stupid little paper for a checkpoint in a Human Resource Management class I am taking. It’s regarding incentive plans for a position that I envision being in 5 years. Obviously, I see my-self at an Airline. However, I don’t know how your incentive plans work if any. What types on incentive planes are you guys receiving, and would you mind explaining to me how they work. No, I am not asking to do my homework; I just can’t find anything on the net. Do you receive bonuses for saving gas, arriving early, personal effectiveness, leadership qualities etc… ? I don’t see how there could be group plans really, but if any of you don’t mind sharing with me how it works I would appreciate it ton! Thanks in advance.
