Apparently it’s the airlines fault people grab carryons when executing a ground evac. A new briefing to the public is what’s needed.

We’ve had this discussion before. ZERO people are listening to that brief. I don’t care what’s in it. Lock the over head bins from brake release until cruise and then vice versa. It’s the only way to be sure.

Please no. I am just standing to try and get some blood flow back into my legs since my knees have been jammed up into the seat in front of me for the last several hours because airlines don’t believe anyone is taller than 5’5

When I was deadheading, I saw a guy stand up right after touch down. I don’t even think the thrust reversers were stowed. I wasn’t even mad. I was impressed.
