Yeah you can find some pretty good deals here, as long as you look for the privately-owned houses or apartments. Actually, the cheapest way to live is rent a 4-bedroom house and split it up with 3 other roommates...and they have at least a 2-car garage. One thing I'd like about living in a house is you can turn your home theatre/music up as loud as you want without the neighbors hearing.
