Well guys, I will be joining all you UND guys next August. Any Suggestions on Which dorm to apply to?

Don't live in legacy, it's overpriced. Plenty of 300/month ish places down around the wash/32nd area.
In fact, houses are cheap too, hell if I had been smart and had the financial backing of the rents I would have looked at buying a cheap house and selling it 4 years later.

I lived there for a year, first year in town and it's not worth it. Then I lived in an OLD house down off 7th and chestnut for a year (500 bucks all utilities included!) then I lucked out and got a really big 2 bedroom in the getto for 450 a month and lived there for 2 years, nice apartment, huge... cheap.JaceTheAce said:I live there and it's overpriced because of elasticity of demand... goddamn basers! j/k, i'm so mean.
