Went on two Long IFR X-countries with my students. This of course means a great time for pictures. Unfortunately I forgot my camera and had to use my phone instead :( Sorry for the huge pictures.

DC-3 That has been converted for some imaging. Was in for some avionics maint for Lockheed Martin during the winter.

Nice Pix...The DC-3 is actually based out of Midway, southside of DFW. I see it thre all the time, along with a second DC-3 and a Convair C-40.

Beat me to it, Jeremy. Saw that DC-3 the day of my PPL checkride. Unbelievable how little runway they need.
 
Wish I had my camera today. Had PCL or one of his buddies fly 700 feet over me today heading into CAK.
 
Nice pics man, I'm about a 10 min flight from SGH and Wright pat...neat seeing all those military planes close by.
