I never had any problems using IE, Firefox, and I think I may have done it once in Chrome even. Sure beats sending in a paper application, and hoping it doesn't get lost in the mail.

If you try and do it in Chrome, vIARCRA stops you and makes you go to IE or Firefox.

If you have issues with IACRA (or any other service from Flight Standards), you can submit your thoughts at the site listed above. Of course, nothing happens fast, but the comments really do get listened to.
