One time fee and you're done. Their customer support is pretty amazing. If I have a question they usually answer me within about 30 mins and have a solution by days end. I don't vouch for companies very often but I think they have their stuff together.

I honestly didn't have a major issue with logbook pro but this schedule importer made it worth it to shell out the money because I honestly never touch it, all automatic.
