How Do You Carry Your Paperwork?

Kind of wish my airline would do this or at least approve certain ones. I can't help but wonder what some people think about the stickers I find on tons of people's flight kits. Clearly not many people want to be taken seriously in my shop.

"Oh, you've been to In N Out Burger… How creative and rebellious"

FWIW, at my place first year folks don't buy anything if they are wearing the 'half wing' ALPA Pin on their tie while at work or the layover. You are expected to wear the ALPA Pin on the tie after that though. Shows unity.

Wait, wait. So wearing a half wing gets me free drinks/food, but going full gets me nothing? I'd keep the half wings even after year one. ;)

Do any companies you guys fly for have uniform policies that talk about how/where to display badges (ergo, neck lanyard vs clip)?

Also, what other traditions or unofficial guidance is there regarding how to wear your flair at various companies (like what @Seggy posted regarding the ALPA tie pins at Big U)?

I typically know of only once place that has a court-mandated lanyard policy.

Oh shoot man, I wouldn't even pee without my orange card.

I still have a ALPA contact card on the back of my ID for a possible "eventuality", but it's still got NYC Council 66's info because @Richman never got around to making one for DTW. Ahem.

Hah! In process... waiting to get 2000 of them back from National.

I just carry all my charts, certs, and clothes in grocery bags, no muss no fuss!

I carry my pilot certificate up my right sleeve, company ID up my left sleeve, I palm my medical certificate so I can pretend to pull it from behind someone's ear... my passport, radio operators license, business card, and hotel rewards cards are sewn together end to end, and I keep those under my tongue.
I like to put on a little magic show while being ramp checked, dealing with customs, during a job interview, checking in to a hotel, etc.

That's so popular among certain demographics in these parts that it is known as the "southeast (Alaska) Samsonite"

Some of the current trash bag products may actually hold up better to travel than some of the Samsonite luggage I've seen lately.
