He just said we would handle it when we got there & not to worry about it. It will either fall under annual or relocation (you are given 64hrs for your first two years). Don't sweat it. What you need to take care of is your PV day. If you don't arrange annual leave you are stuck at the academy all day. If you PV at 8:00am you can't leave until 3:30pm unless it's already approved. Our instructor told us you could go "out to lunch" as long as you are back by 3:30. So if you want to go home & pack you can. But, be careful.
