Headsets?

What's ya'lls thoughts on the lightspeed 15xl? It will be my first headset. Marv Golden has them for around 320 (with a nifty little flight bag included)... I think I want to go with the ENC (ANR, what ever) so, A) is the 15xl a good headset and B) is this a good price for an ANR (it seems a lot cheaper then most of the other ANRs on the market (why?)).

I'd also suggest reading the reviews and repairs required stories. Should be easy enough to google lightspeed headset review or something of the sort. After trying them on, things were nice and quiet. So I was on my usual quest to find everything I could. First thing I came up with were lots of stories of problems with all the XL models. I decided at that point, I'd never buy an XL based set, and from knowing a person or two who one them, and seeing how they wear in use, that just further confirmed what I already decided. The 3G models fixed some of the breaking and noise problems of the older models it seems, but they are still too new to know for sure; time will tell.
