Try Scheyden Sunglasses. I used to think they were cataract goggles for octogenarians. Then I tried a pair. I've never used anything else since except for the occasional nice pair of Oakley's left in the Lost and Found for over 3 months.
In addition to terrific optics, Sheyden builds their glasses with super thin and flexible stems to work under headsets.

I have a few pairs of Oakley Flak 2.0, love those glasses. Just stash them on top of my ear on the A20's, don't have any pain problems.
 
Just rest your sunglasses on top of the ear cup. It's not a fashion contest. Otherwise, my QT Halo's are magical for this. And I can wear a hat if I so desire. And the ear wax on the ear plugs is solved with orange-ish yellow ear plugs. Or Q-tips. Whatever.
 
I've got a good pair of oakley wire frames that fit under my A20 earcups without any discomfort and only minimal air leakage.

Headsets are like shoes. You may like Nike for their fit and what not, but I may like Adidas... Sunglasses will always interfere with the ear cup, it just is a matter of how much. Which varies depending on the frame of the sunglasses and the size/ shape of the wearer's melon. That being said, Bose A20 is my headset of choice. It works well in everything I fly/ flown. Airplanes, seaplanes, normal light trainers and the noisier airplanes; RVs, Cub, SkyWagon, Husky A1C (which was surprising loud) Pitts, Extra, turbo props, jets, etc...

To each their own, but most headsets have a return policy so you can try them out.
 
Here's what I wear for friskier flying. No optical/aural interference at all. Just not sure how it would comport with the more rarefied cockpit realms.
