All aspects of the flight deck workforce strategy will fall within your wide-ranging and challenging remit. From ensuring our processes meet internal and external regulations to continuously reviewing our existing programmes, you’ll create the highest possible standards and deliver the best solutions our budget allows. Preparing for the delivery of the Boeing 787 in 2014 will also be a key focus.
As well as a solid background in remote workforce management and strategic leadership experience, we’re looking for a good understanding of managing a unionised workforce. The ability to drive change and adept management of large budgets are also essential.
