Three things you need to train, protein, water and rest that is all, I guess some heavy lifting is needed too, but that may or may not be a given. All this other stuff is fluff and more of a mind game than any real enhancement in the gym. Most of these "supplements" are simply loaded with some kind of sugar, usually dexatrose or the like that gives you nothing more than a sugar high without, in most cases, the crash afterwards.
Almost all of this stuff is unproven, save for the advertising and the sponsored athlete(s) that swear by them. Proper nutrtion for your goals, be it weight loss, strenght gain, or mass gain, etc and the above mentioned three will get you what you want, plus good ole hard work in the gym. Save your money and by more steak, chicken, fish and milk.
