I heard that N.O. Xplode from BSN can cause problems and almost make you fail the drug test with the FAA, is that true? any input greatly appreciated along with any other supplements that you can't take.

Fail the drug test no. High blood pressure yes. A buddy of mine takes N.O. Explode and had a 1st class medical and passed but had issues with blood pressure so i recommend cycling off a few weeks before PEPC.

kinda confused here. N.O. Xplode has makes your blood vessels bigger and a bigger pump in the gym, so the bigger your veins, the lower your blood pressure right?
for instance, viagra pill commercial says "Do not take with chest nitrates, because it could cause an un-safe drop in blood pressure.", some of the same in ingredients in viagra are in N.O. Xplode im pretty sure, any input anyone?

I understand you are trying to train and get bigger, etc., but if you have to ask the question, is it really worth losing your job, or your chance at a job, to take these pills?

Maybe you are a professional body builder in your spare time or something, I don't know, but I just would never even thinking of taking something that has a chance of causing harm to my career. Of course, I don't even take aspirins, or anything...so maybe I'm the weird one. No drugs other than occasional tobacco and I've been off that for a while and alcohol occasionally.

Maybe the doc can answer your question, I just wanted to interject my $0.02.:D

Three things you need to train, protein, water and rest that is all, I guess some heavy lifting is needed too, but that may or may not be a given. All this other stuff is fluff and more of a mind game than any real enhancement in the gym. Most of these "supplements" are simply loaded with some kind of sugar, usually dexatrose or the like that gives you nothing more than a sugar high without, in most cases, the crash afterwards.

Almost all of this stuff is unproven, save for the advertising and the sponsored athlete(s) that swear by them. Proper nutrtion for your goals, be it weight loss, strenght gain, or mass gain, etc and the above mentioned three will get you what you want, plus good ole hard work in the gym. Save your money and by more steak, chicken, fish and milk.

I do not believe it directly is stated on the label, but there is a TON of caffiene in NO Xplode... I recall reading on another site it was in the range of 100mg / scoop ... That would explain the high blood pressure.
