Gulfstream Intl Airlines Is Now Silver Airways

I don't fly on-demand freight, I fly scheduled freight. It's exactly the same, hub-spoke, regionals, etc. Just boxes over people.

It's like comparing Triple A(Obviously MLB = Majors) baseball to a Highschool team. They both have 9 people and play with a bat and a ball. 135 freight and 121 regionals have very little in common.

RJ pilots should be making the same as Challenger pilots.
They are separating the industries for you, and giving you examples of why your reasoning is false by giving examples. I don't think anyone is arguing that things should be better, pay should be more "equal", however your justifications are what is being question.

For instance:
Huggies: The Sky is blue!
Everyone: Yes
Huggies: The Sky is blue because my car is blue.
Everyone: Wait- what? No No No No no.
Huggies: THE SKY IS BLUE!
Everyone: Yes but it's not blue because your car is blue, it's blue for all these reasons.
Huggies: My car IS blue, and the sky is blue.
Everyone: Yes...
Huggies: See?!

Maybe not a great example, but unsure how to make this simpler for you to understand.

What do Challenger pilots make? What size Challenger? What union or standardized pay scale do Challenger pilots use?

I don't think any one is disagreeing pay and work rules should go up for some regionals, but there must be some logic to it.

NBAA is a good place to start.

What about corporate versions of regional jets?
I prefer to look at it another way. Regional versions of corporate jets...

As to the pay for the 1900... a few pages back there was a post comparing Captain pay at a few different companies, and it seems it was in the mid 30-dollar range. I don't care if three companies are doing it, it's still dumb. Comparing old Colgan rates, Commutair rates, and Great Lakes rates is like trying to figure out whether or not getting syphilis is worse than gonorrhea.

If they are going to raise flight times up to 9 hours, the least they could do is lower bottle to throttle to 7.

Maybe they could institute some sort of a sliding scale, since they seem to be in to those now. For example: "If the Captain is being embarrassing, an extra hour is required. If there are drunk nubiles present, an hour may be removed."
